About the recommended number of users
The server hardware determines speed and usability. We do not limit the number of users, but, for example, 10 daily users on Starter may overload or slow down the server.
Server performance is monitored in the dashboard, with automatic warnings when the load runs too high.
Hardware upgrades are available as add-ons per package, so you can scale up as your team grows.
Frequently asked questions
How many people can use it?
There are no limits on the number of users. What determines how many concurrent users a plan handles comfortably is the server hardware. As a guide: Starter is recommended for 1-3 users, Growth for 3-5, and Scale for 5-10. You can add more; server performance is monitored in the dashboard with automatic warnings, and hardware upgrades are available as add-ons per package.
What is an AI credit?
One credit covers roughly ten conversation turns on a typical model. Lighter models stretch further; heavier models use more per message.
Where does my data live?
On your own dedicated server, in the data center you pick at checkout. Locations range from Switzerland to Brazil, all selected for strong sustainability credentials. Nothing is shared with other customers, and your data is never used to train AI models.
How fast am I up and running?
Provisioning is automatic. Your workspace is live within minutes of ordering.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans: yes, from your portal, effective at the end of the billing month. Annual plans run to the end of the prepaid year and simply do not renew after you cancel. Either way you can export your data first; it stays available for export for 90 days after your subscription ends.
Can I use my own domain?
You start on your own subdomain, for example yourcompany.boostgood.eco. A custom domain is available on request.
